Established at the heart of Comilla city in Kandirpar in 1855, this town hall has been the center of education, culture, politics, socio-economic and welfare-oriented works in the region. This building was illuminated in the color of orange by IWD 345 to mark #Orange the world #16 days of Activism against gender based violence. In keeping with this year’s UNITE theme #UNITE! Activism to end violence against women and girls the campaign.
